Hurmm..today I feel so happy bcoz I've finished my test for subject Fundamental of Electrical Circuits(FEC).
It's worth for me then bcoz I think I can answer most of the questions given with flying colours..(my heart say so..haha..)
Hurmm..
like previous entries..today I'm gonna tell you more about my Elecsys class..
by the way(btw)..for this week we have an outdoor activity..
If few weeks ago I've post entry about our meeting with its Senior General Manager..for this week, its company's turn..

We have an Industrial Visit to Canon Opto (M) Sdn. Bhd..!!
Wow! Its amazing!! I mean I can't wait that moments come bcoz I wanna experience it by myself..hehe~
And now..I can't wait it anymore..my fingers can't stop from dancing on this keyboard typing the letters..trying to tell you guys what's going on during our visits~~

Tuesday.
It was 7.30 a.m when we're instructed to be at cafe..waiting for bus fetching us..taking us to the destination.
Its light rainy during that time..yet it won't set us down from going there..bcoz today we gonna have our Industrial Visit to Canon Opto (M) Sdn Bhd..
what?? my feeling?? of course I feel excited bcoz I know it's not easy to get permission from them to visit their company.
Thus..I will use this precious time wisely..^_^..It's about 10 o'clock when we arrived..actually it's just 45 to 50 minutes to get there, but since the traffic was jammed, so the journey took about 2 hours! plus our senpai, Amir Hafiz, the instructor had gave wrong directions to the driver..! haha..
Arriving there, my eyes catching the landscape view there. It's a breathtaking! I stunned there for a moment, viewing the panorama.
We were celebrated by the staff with a broad smile on face..seeing that they're happy to see us. We too!! ^_^..
Then..a man came and take our pictures using Canon DSLR. He said that it as a appreciation for having visits to their company..Mr Redzuan asked us then to enter meeting room for a short-briefing.
The person-in-charge, Puan Zurina gaves us briefing about what we gonna do next.
While Mr Ayob, one of the staff there gaves a brief about safety rules while having in Canon Opto (M) Sdn Bhd.
The first place we visited was Water Treatment Plant.
Mr Khairul and Mr Hafizi were the person-in-charge for this.
Hurmm, I bet you must be wondering, what is the function of this? Is not Canon just for the production of camera? How come it has to have water treatment plant??
Haha..so do I..I'm trying to related this with Canon.
Later I found that this site was used for processing water.
The water from underground was taking up and be treated, to be "process water".
This process involved 3 main steps which are:
1) Media Filter - use carbon to remove fine particles and bacteria inside water.
2) RO - process of removing minerals from the water.
3) Deionisation - process of removing ions from water by separating the positive and negative ions.
The process was repeated until the conductivity level of water become 0.1. Means that the water cannot conduct electric anymore..something like distilled water. He added that, if the water has high level of conductivity, this will affect lens when we washed it.
Thus, after coating it, there'll appear some dots spot due to the water's conductivity level.
The second place is Bin Centre.
Here, all the waste such as food were sent here to decompose.
I'm a little bit surprised hearing that they recycled all the waste by processing it into fertilizer,
Yet, the fertilizers were used in their landscape.
See??
Besides not wasting the waste, then they transformed them into a beneficial thing which are eco-save and eco-friendly..^_^..
There is also a machine called Waste to Carbonizer which turns all the waste into carbon.
The third place is Waste Minimisation Centre.
Similar with Water Treatment Plant, this site was used for treating the chemical waste in a small amount only (schedule waste).
Done with the visits to the Treatment Plant, we were asked to assemble at the meeting room again.
There, we're given a blue bean-shaped like plastic shoes each..
It's sooo cutee!! Puan Jurina said that its a must for us to wear that cute shoes as after this we gonna go to the Camera Assembly Area..
Eh?? Camera Assembly Area?? Hoorrayy!! ^_^..
Hurmm..for your information..here..it is necessary to wear antistatics clothes and anti-static shoes because camera are very sensitive to unpleasant conditions.
All must followed this rule with no exception!!

So here, the area is divided into two sections:
1) Digital Camera
2) EF Lenses
(A) Digital Camera
--> here, the place for testing, analysing and packaging all the digital cameras.
there are a lot of types of digital cameras that you can see here.
--> each section for one type of camera involve 18 paxs of workers..in the section, there
are units that covers the production f camera..each units involve one process of
analysing the quality of camera..and the maximum time for a process is 43 seconds
only...or else the production's number will decrease...:)
(target for the camera's production per day is 540..:(,,)
(B) EF Lenses
--> production of camera that use penta prism such as DSLR.
